Today was one of those days I enjoy looking back on because I accomplished a lot.

Starting off at work, I learned early in the day I could not have possibly passed cutting a straight line in kindergarten. I am horrible at it! I had to cut photos of furniture pieces for product boards. I feel horrible, because that's what they look like! I tried numerous times, but was not successful. I even used a cutting board and straight edge.

Other than the boards I worked with Murray Fiess (MSLO's furniture license) product information. I also took photos of the display sets in Macy's today. Since I live to close to Macy's they have asked me to stop by once or twice a week to check on a new set.

We were supposed to have the intern lunch and learn, but because of space issues, it was re-scheduled to tomorrow. There is a different meeting I would like to attend, so I'm not sure if I'll be going to the intern one or not. I wish I could do both...

Since we were supposed to have the lunch and learn, I did not bring my lunch. I had to go to the building cafeteria. It was really nice, but expensive. It was interesting to see a lot of the other businesses. Nina Ricci, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Liz Claiborne a lot of designers...

Since it rained a lot last night, the weather cooled down tremendously. I met a few other interns on the rooftop for lunch. There is such an amazing view. I will have to take pictures sometime. One the way up, I was walking with Andrew, another intern. He led me a different way than the previous day. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes. So I opened the door. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the building. How embarrassing! I was just picturing everyone evacuating the building. Thankfully, it was isolated to one area. I can't believe this happened to me....oh wait-- yes i can! =)

After leaving Macy's, I met up with Liz and we went to a spinning class. This was so hard. I wanted to quit after 3 minutes. Little did we know, we went to an advanced one. No wonder it was so hard. Hopefully the regular ones are easier. Otherwise I don't think I could do it anymore...

I also went to Trader Joe's tonight with Liz. I think we bought enough food for the rest of the summer. I have some great lunches lined up!

Keeping up with the productiveness, I cleaned out my e-mail inbox, hung up pictures (finally!), and cleaned out my entire desk. I was so unorganized. I feel so much better now!

Well, I am finally off to bed. I have a long day of meetings and product boards ahead of me!
